Uh oh! This is not going super amazing rate now. It is more like midly ok. So here it goes..... my confessions.......T
he first couple of days were good but I was also greener. I was sticking more to the diet my natural path made for me. Then over the weekend I was away from home and just kindof got of track and ate a cooked dinner yesterday and the day before. I have been eating too many sweets and nuts and have not kicked my coffee habit. I do not feel bad I just don't feel that all around raw vibrant feeling. So tomorrow I intend to buckle down and do what I have been told via natural pat but tonight its McDonalds for dinner.....just kiddin : )

Day 3 and 4
I have been finding that the mornings and afternoons are going better then the evenings. In the evening I feel more like eating cooked food. I feel great after eating greens but sweets and nuts don't do much for me even if they are raw. Today I had some cooked brown rice at dinner. My natural path told me that its ok to do eat certain cooked foods at the beginig as part of my transition stage. She says that should want less food a while after starting the diet and should feel more satisfied with less. So that is what I am waiting for!

Day 2
Day 2 went well. I actually craved my funky looking but kind of yummy green smoothy in the morning which was good. Note to self: all raw food cravings are greatly appreciated. I feel more energized eating this way already. I sense boredom coming quickly though if I keep making the very few raw things I know how to make. I am going to have to test out some of those raw recipes that my natural path gave me. They are all quite simple but I am not use to doing much at all as far as food preparations go, so a little may seem like a lot at first. Any way its all been good I really think that the most important thing for me is to keep the attitude of enjoying this and not feel deprived.

Day 1
Today started off pretty well. I had a green smoothy that was better then it sounds. Actually I could go so far as to say it was good. Really satisfying to, I put hemp protein powder in it which was quite filling. Lunch was pretty good too, I started craving something sweet afterwards and had some dates and nuts. I will be having dinner with a friend at a local raw restaurant, which should be good. All in all, today was not too painful; except several hours after breakfast the rebel inside myself drew me into my local cafe opened my mouth and announced that I would like to order a medium coffee. Soy milk and honey got poured into the coffee which then poured into my mouth. I am not going to lie it was very great! I decided last night that I am going to enjoy this. I am going to make good food and enjoy blogging and feeling good rather torment myself if that rebel in me is unleashed. I heard the longer your raw, the less you want other foods - so I'll just let it come to me.
Its all going really well and I am glowing and vibrant and I have already lost five pounds......just kiddin, its only been 7 hours!
