Day 5 and 6

Uh oh! This is not going super amazing rate now. It is more like midly ok. So here it goes..... my confessions.......T
he first couple of days were good but I was also greener. I was sticking more to the diet my natural path made for me. Then over the weekend I was away from home and just kindof got of track and ate a cooked dinner yesterday and the day before. I have been eating too many sweets and nuts and have not kicked my coffee habit. I do not feel bad I just don't feel that all around raw vibrant feeling. So tomorrow I intend to buckle down and do what I have been told via natural pat but tonight its McDonalds for dinner.....just kiddin : )

  1. Just take it day by day... or even meal by meal. Coffee can be a tough-y! Been there and done that!

  2. you stop at day 5 and 6. did you not continue? i do a raw-type cleanse every year but for me it follows the path of lent. in orthodoxy, we give up all animal products and alcohol for 7 weeks leading up to easter. it's hard but after the first 2 weeks, you stop missing things. the hardest thing for me is always giving up alcohol and lucky for me, coffee is not on the list of think i must abstain from during that time... not sure how i would be able to handle that.

anyhow if you gave up, i would recommend doing it around the time of lent so people don't question your decision and if you can get through the first two weeks, it'll be smooth sailing from there.

    good luck!
