I am about to embark on a four week raw foods diet. I have attempted this in the past but not suceeded as I did not know what I was doing. This time I spoke with a natural path who specializes in raw foods. She gave me a raw foods diet plan that fits my nutritional, budget and lifestyle needs. My regular doctor looked over it and said it was excellent so I am giving it a go and will be blogging all the way.
Thanks for stopping by my blog, Miss Jamie. I am wishing you great success on your 30 days of raw! I am curious, does your Naturopath suggest you drink soy milk? Also what raw food restaurant did you go to? I'd love to hear about it! Hope you have a great raw weekend!

ReplyDeleteI drink green juice every day. I really like celery and kale and ginger and garlic all in the same juice.
I was all raw for about 3 months but now I keep raw all day then eat a cooked meal with my family for dinner.
What a great thing for you to do! Are you vegan?
